At Filameentory, we strive to deliver your 3D printing filaments quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and charges.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is available for bulk orders. Please contact us at support@filameentory.in for international shipping quotes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
  • Bulk Orders (10+ spools): 2-3 business days
  • Custom Orders: 3-5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

Metro Cities

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

Other Cities

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Remote Areas

  • Remote locations and difficult-to-reach areas
  • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and destination:

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping across India
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 shipping charge
  • Express Shipping: Available at additional cost (contact us for details)

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
  • Track your order using the tracking number provided
  • You can also check order status in your account dashboard
  • SMS updates will be sent for key delivery milestones

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select locations)

The courier partner is selected based on your location and product availability.

Packaging

We take special care in packaging your filaments:

  • Filaments are packed in moisture-resistant sealed bags
  • Bubble wrap and protective padding to prevent damage
  • Sturdy corrugated boxes for shipping
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible

Delivery Attempt and Failed Delivery

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof may be required for delivery
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Please provide accurate contact information and address to avoid delivery issues.

Address Changes

To change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at support@filameentory.in
  • Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped
  • Once shipped, address changes must be coordinated with the courier
  • Additional charges may apply for address changes after shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of damaged or lost packages:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery before accepting
  • If the package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Report any concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • For lost packages, contact us if you don't receive your order within expected timeframe

We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

For bulk orders (50+ spools) or corporate purchases:

  • Contact us for customized shipping solutions
  • Special rates and expedited shipping available
  • Direct delivery to multiple locations possible
  • Dedicated account manager for order tracking
